Customer Service Officer (Aftersales)

Role Overview:

Act as the face of the company and directly work with the customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed

  • Assists the customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services, take orders etc.
  • Create and generate parts and material requisition document (MRD and PRF)
  • Facilitating System enrollment of brand-new units
  • Monitoring of open fleet repair order and generating report for continuous update

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any business-related course
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field
  • Must be highly motivated, ability to work and think independently
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and with sense of responsibility
  • Must have a pleasing personality which able to work in different environments and sets of people
