Role Overview:
Act as the face of the company and directly work with the customers to answer their questions or provide additional support where needed
- Assists the customers by answering product and service questions, suggesting information about products and services, take orders etc.
- Create and generate parts and material requisition document (MRD and PRF)
- Facilitating System enrollment of brand-new units
- Monitoring of open fleet repair order and generating report for continuous update
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any business-related course
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field
- Must be highly motivated, ability to work and think independently
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be detail-oriented and with sense of responsibility
- Must have a pleasing personality which able to work in different environments and sets of people
