Role Overview:
Sources the best qualified candidates to fill-in vacancies of the requisitioning department through internal and external resources
- Establish strategic partnership with colleges/universities and PESO
- Handles issuance of OJT and Personnel Requisition Form, indicating the control number and date received
- Administers and scores appropriate psychological test (aptitude & personality/ temperament tests) to qualified applicants
- Participates in planning, preparation and execution of company’s corporate social responsibility
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related field
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field
- Must be knowledgeable in facets of HR such as Recruitment, Training & ER
- Must possess good interpersonal skills
- Must have above average communication both oral and written
- Must be able to communicate among all levels
