HR Recruitment Staff

Role Overview:

Sources the best qualified candidates to fill-in vacancies of the requisitioning department through internal and external resources

  • Establish strategic partnership with colleges/universities and PESO
  • Handles issuance of OJT and Personnel Requisition Form, indicating the control number and date received
  • Administers and scores appropriate psychological test (aptitude & personality/ temperament tests) to qualified applicants
  • Participates in planning, preparation and execution of company’s corporate social responsibility
  • Perform other tasks assigned from time to time


  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related field
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field
  • Must be knowledgeable in facets of HR such as Recruitment, Training & ER
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills
  • Must have above average communication both oral and written
  • Must be able to communicate among all levels
