HR Training Staff

Role Overview:

Assists with all internal and external HR-related matters

  • Assists in sourcing training providers for the implementation and completion of all training needs scheduled for the whole year
  • Create a Training Inventory/ Portfolio per Employee per department
  • Ensures that training certificates are scanned and properly file in HRIS
  • Identifies the training needs of each department through religious conduct of survey and interview with Department Heads
  • Monitors all the scheduled trainings and ensure that all accomplished post training evaluation forms are submitted on time
  • Plans and Execute Corporate Social Responsibility

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology or any related field
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in related field
  • Must be knowledgeable in facets of HR such as Recruitment, Training & ER
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills
  • Must have above average communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be proactive and can communicate across all levels of the organization
