Role Overview:
Provide appropriate training and ensure that sustainability (not limited to safety)
- Attend to the requirements of the establishment or agency prior to the construction or installation of pollution control facilities including the application and securing of necessary pollution permits and renewal
- Monitor activities pertaining the installation or construction of pollution source and control facilities with the end in view of ensuring their compliance with the air, noise and water quality standards
- Facilitate compliance of the establishment he represents with the requirements that may from time to time prescribed by authority
- Monitor importation or distribution of chemicals, especially those listed under the Priority Chemicals List (PCL) and those with Chemical Control Orders (CCO) and the generation of solid and hazardous waste
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any Engineering Course
- Preferably licensed engineer
- Must be detail oriented and policy compliant
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications
- Must perform the duties of PCO under LLDA
- Must have strong analytical and communication skills
