Truck Sales Engineer

Role Overview:

This role shall manage overall dealer sales operation and activities. He will be the sole coordinator of sales activity of the Dealers regarding Wholesales & Retail Sales. This role will also help in planning, organizing and controlling dealership operations.

  • Initiates target which will be the reference for yearly and monthly wholesales. This is generated from sales performances and through enforcing forecasting techniques practiced by the company
  • Assessment of retail sales forecast from dealers and align with HMP plant capacity, available chassis from HMP Inventory, coordinate unit status from bank and finance partners and outside body builders
  • Advises the dealer on the action plans to achieve the target based on the HMP Plant capacity. HMP and dealer’s on-hand inventory and current status of the market

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Mechanical Engineer/Industrial Engineer
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Must know how to drive and with valid driver’s license
  • Must be willing to travel nationwide for dealership support
  • Must be highly motivated, ability to work and think independently
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must have a pleasing personality which able to work in different environments and sets of people
